Adhesive applications
Axil adhesives are used in a wide variety of industries such as interior acoustics and sound control. When used to apply wall cladding panels they provide good resistance to movement or vibration.
Solvented polyurethane adhesives are also commonly used in off-site construction as they offer good adhesion to a wide range of materials such as aluminium, steel, wood, synthetic foam and textiles. These adhesives are highly effective in the manufacture of insulation and building panels. Solvented polyurethane adhesives are the first choice in applications where a strong bond and faster curing times are required. They are also used to make items such as paint pads, scourers and gym mats.
Axil solvented polyurethane adhesives can be applied manually or automatically through methods such as rolling, spraying, spreading, beading and brushing.
