ProAqua 1 is a one component water-based adhesive specially formulated for the foam market. This easy to use adhesive is the ideal solution for all foam bonding applications, including foam converting, mattress manufacturing and repairing / upholstering.
The adhesive is applied to both surfaces and an instant bond is achieved when the substrates are put together, allowing for further processing to take place immediately after bonding.

ProAqua 1 does not require any specialist equipment as it can be easily applied using a pressure vessel and spray gun or by simply being gravity fed from a header tank to a standard one component spray gun.
This type of adhesive and application method is popular in foam fabrication and mattress manufacturing as it exhibits a soft glue line, high initial tack and ease of application.
