After 13 years at Chemique Adhesives, Pete Edwards retires
A retirement lunch was recently organised for Pete Edwards, who started working for Chemique Adhesives as a Site Maintenance Engineer from April 2010 and officially retired on the 29th June.
During his time at the company, Pete has contributed towards the efficient running of on-site operations, which has included ongoing maintenance of all plant and machinery, installation of new equipment and application equipment installations at customer sites.
Pete’s retirement was marked by a special farewell lunch attended by a number of colleagues and Simon Cashmore, Operations Manager at Chemique Adhesives and Sealants commented, “Pete has been a valued member of the Chemique team for several years and always played a key part in the day to day running of operations. He was often seen as the go-to person when anything needed repairing and he will be missed by the team. We wish him all the best for a long and happy retirement.”
